THEREFORE THE SOY BEANS ARE COMMON FROM SOY MILK TO SNACKS, FROM APPETIZER TO SOUPS AND FROM SIDE DISH TO DESSERT. AND MOST IMPORTANT, THE TOFU IN ANY CONSISTENCY OR SHAPE, AS TO THE SEASONING SOY SAUCE.
THE SOY BEANS WE DO TRADE ARE GROWN NEARBY PETCHABOON, THEY ARE STILL FRESH IN THEIR SHELL. THEY ARE CAREFULLY SELECTED, AND PUT IN BAGS. BEFORE SHIPPING THEY ARE PRE-COOLED AND THEN PLACED IN PAPER CARTONS.
