TASTY, CRISP, SWEET AND JUICY. IT IS COMMONLY EATEN FRESH OUT OF THE SHELL, BUT ALSO USED IN ICE CREAMS, SHERBETS, AS WELL AS IN DESSERTS, IN SIRUP AND BEVERAGES. THE FRUITS ARE ALSO USED DRIED AND CONSUMED NICE SWEET AND CRISPY.

THE LONGAN IS CAREFULLY SELECTED, PUT IN BAGS OR TRAYS, PRE-COOLED AND SHIPPED IN PAPER BOXES.
