THE ROOTS ARE CAREFULLY CLEANED FROM MUD, AND THEN CAREFULLY SELECTED. AFTERWARDS PUT UNDER VACUUM AND PRE-COOLED BEFORE DEPARTURE. THE LOTUS ROOT ALSO CAN TRAVEL ALREADY PEELED IN ADVANCE. SO THE LOSS AFTER RECEIVING THEM IS ZERO PERCENT. THIS OPTION WE OFFER IS TOTALLY READY TO COOK.
