THAI SEA GRAPES FROM THE ANDAMAN SEA AND FROM THE GULF OF THAILAND.

FRESH PICKED, IN NATURAL BRINE, THEY ARE SOFT AND SUCCULENT.

 NEED TO BE SOAKED IN  PLAIN WATER, AT LEAST 3 TIMES FOR 5 MINUTES, BEFORE CONSUMPTION.

SOAKING REDUCES THE SEAWATER SALT CONTENT AND SALTY TASTE.

IN JAPAN THE SEA GRAPES ARE CALLED: UMIBUDO.

THEY ARE SHIPPED IN PAPER CARTONS.

SHELF LIVE IS UP TO 12 MONTH.

STORE THEM IN ANDAMAN SEA SIDE LIKE CONDITIONS. NOT TO COLD.
