THE LEAVES ARE USED TO WRAP FOOD AND THE ROOT IS USE AS VEGETABLE, OR IN THAI DESSERTS OR AS FOR DEEP FRIED CRIPS.

THE ROOTS ARE SANITISED, PRE-COOLED AND THE SHIPPED IN PAPER CARTONS.
