THAI SWEET BASIL IS VERY SENSITIVE WHEN EXPORTED AND REACTS VERY FAST TO A TOO COLD ENVIRONMENT, AND GREEN LEAVES EASILY TURN DARK.
BUT FLAVOURS ARE STILL REMAIN WITHIN THE LEAVES. THE SWEET BASIL IS USED IN SO MANY ASIAN DISHES AND ALSO EATEN FRESH.
