BITTER GOURDS

THEIR ARE TWO MAIN COLORS AVAILABLE  IN THAILAND, THE GREEN ONE AND A SLIGHTLY YELLOW ONE, AS WELL AS THE GREEN MINI BITTER GOURDS AS A THIRD OPTION.

THE INNER PART OF THE BITTER GOURDS ARE DISCARDED. THE OUTER RING OF THE VEGETABLE IS USED TO STIR FRY. OR SLOWLY BOILED IN SOUP, WHICH REDUCES THE BITTER FLAVOR EXTREME.

OTHER WAYS ARE USING THE BITTER GOURDS IS STUFFED AND COOKED SLOWLY IN BROTH.

THE  BITTER GOURDS ARE SANITISED, AND PRE-COOLED BEFORE SHIPPING. SHIPPING IS DONE IN AN CONTROLLED COOL ENVIRONMENT.
