PANDAN LEAVES ARE MOSTLY USED TO MARINATE AND THEREFORE WRAP FOOD IN THEM, AND AFTERWARDS COOK THE WRAPPED MEAT OR FISH. THIS IS A VERY FAMOUS THAI DISH, SERVED WITH A SWEET DIP.

THE PANDAN LEAVE WILL LEAVE THE FISH OR MEAT WITH A DISTINCT FLAVOR.

THE JUICE OF THE PANDAN LEAVE CAN BE USED FOR MANY OTHER PURPOSES TO OBTAIN A VERY DISTINCT FLAVOR WITHIN DRINKS, CAKES AND SO MUCH MORE.
