MANGOSTIN IS CONSIDERED TO BE BY MANY, THE QUEEN OF THAI FRUITS.

A TASTE SENSATION WITH GREAT OPTION TO CONSUMED FRESH,  AS JUICE, SHERBET OR SIMPLY FRESH OUT OF THE SHELL. MANGOSTIN IS A LITTLE TRICKY TO OPEN. JUST SLICE A LITTLE INTO THE SHELL AND ATTEMPT TO HALF THE FRUIT, TO DISCOVER THE SEGMENTS. SOME OF THE SEGMENTS HAVE A SEED, WHICH YOU SHOULD DISCARD. THE BEST QUALITY IS WHEN THE SEGMENTS ARE SNOW WHITE. BEST ENJOYED AT ROOM TEMPERATURE. NOT CHILLED TO ENJOY THE BEST SWEET AND EXOTIC TASTE. HINT OF SWEETNESS, COMBINED WITH A LITTLE ACIDITY AND AND EXCESSIVE EXOTIC WILD TOUCH ON THE PALATE.

SEASONAL AVAILABILITY: APRIL TO JUNE IN THE ORCHARDS OF THE CHANTABURI PROVINCE AND THEN LATER FROM THE SOUTHERN PARTS OF THAILAND IN AUGUST TO SEPTEMBER OF EACH YEAR. SMALL NUMBERS ARE AVAILABLE OFF SEASON AS WELL.

THE FRUITS ARE CLEANED, WELL SANITIZED AND CAREFULLY SELECTED FOR EXPORT. PACKED LOOSE, OR ON TRAYS. AND THEN PACKED IN PAPER BOXES.
